Performance Data
FP3D Outperforms the Competition in Long-Term Fatigue Testing
Dual-cure means predictability. It helps ensure that when a flexible partial is prescribed, the device performs reliably for over three years.
If FP3D lasts similar to duraflex and much longer than other 3D printed flexible partials, this is very important. It sounds like the other brands should market as a "temporary partial denture resin" as I would be embarrassed to provide a restoration that only lasted for that short period of time.

Workflow
01
Case Intake
Receive scans or traditional impressions and prescription. Digital or physical inputs handled just like any other removable case.
02
Digital Design
Design the flexible partial framework in your CAD software. FP3D is compatible with most common dental CAD tools and file formats.
03
3D Printing
Mix FP3D resin per protocol, load into your Carbon printer, and run the validated print job. Carbon's DLS™ technology helps ensure consistent, high-accuracy output.
04
Cure, Finish & Deliver
Thermal bake per the validated protocol. Bond base and teeth. Perform the final UV cure. Finish and polish. Package and ship.
From design to delivery, the workflow mirrors what technicians already know:
Design → Print → Cure → Finish → Ship.
